The recruitment process will be conducted in accordance with the principle of equality between women and men, the principle of equal opportunities, and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities (PWD), enabling all individuals to participate fairly and fully in all areas of life on equal terms, regardless of their gender, race, skin color, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religion, beliefs, political views, any other views, membership in a national minority, property, birth, disability, age, sexual orientation, and in line with the principle of sustainable development.
Recruitment will be carried out in a cyclical manner, with up to four rounds from July 2024 to January 2025. Candidates will be accepted based on meeting formal criteria and the highest number of points (in the case of a tie in points, the order of applications will be decisive). If the number of candidates in a given round exceeds the project’s expectations, a reserve list will be created based on the descending number of points. In the event of a candidate’s resignation from the ranking list, priority for participation in the project will be given to individuals on the reserve list with the highest number of points. If the number of applications received is lower than the planned number of places for a given round, an additional recruitment round will be organized.
Additionally, for individuals who have difficulty traveling to the Project Office (due to having children or individuals requiring support under their care, or individuals with disabilities), it is possible to arrange transportation to the candidate’s home and assistance from project staff in completing recruitment documents.
Application
Submission of recruitment documents (in person/via the website/by post/email/fax/phone; the possibility of home visits for individuals with disabilities upon request), recruitment form, and certificates/declarations/documents confirming the fulfillment of formal criteria (including: residence in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, age, disability (certificate or other document confirming health status), declaration of homelessness crisis or exclusion from access to housing, declaration of not receiving support from another socio-professional activation project funded by the EFS+, status as a citizen of a third country, visa, residence card, documents authorizing residence and work/proof of protection status).
The Recruitment Committee will qualify participants for the project based on the submitted recruitment documents (see the “Documents to Download” section).

Qualification
Individuals who are qualified for the Project based on meeting eligibility criteria will be awarded bonus points during the preliminary selection stage according to the following:
Person with a disability + 10 points
Individuals who, after the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, were granted temporary protection in Poland + 10 points
Gender – women – due to a more difficult situation compared to men + 10 points
Candidates will be accepted based on the highest number of points. After the scoring evaluation, individuals with the highest number of points who meet all criteria will be placed on the list of accepted participants in the project – the ranking list of project participants, with whom Participation Agreements will be signed. Candidates will be informed of the recruitment results in writing or via email and phone.
Individuals who do not qualify for the project but meet the criteria of the target group will be placed on a reserve list. In the event of a resignation from a candidate on the primary list, the person from the reserve list with the highest number of points will be admitted, regardless of the order of recruitment. In cases of individuals with the same number of points, the order of applications will determine the decision.
The ranking lists will be available at the Project Office and on the website under the NEWS section.
